We specialize in intercultural exchange between Japan and Canada and have been providing language and homestay programs, along with physical and emotional support, to over 10,000 international students since 2000.

Our History
In August 2000, Victoria International Exchange Centre was founded in Tokyo, Japan, to support Japanese students and schools seeking opportunities to learn and experience a different culture. In October 2011, the company rebranded as VIEC International Inc.
As our company grew and our commitment to providing high-quality service deepened, VIEC Education Canada Ltd. was established in Victoria, Canada, in September 2012. Today, we operate from our Victoria office and collaborate with over 500 caring host families. Over the years, we have proudly supported more than 10,000 international students on their study abroad journeys.
